Members and invitations

Two tabs in Settings cover your team. Members lists the people who are in the organization. Invitations covers the ones you have asked to join. Owners and admins can use both; everyone else gets a note instead.

The Members tab

Each row shows a role and the date that person joined. Your own row is marked (you).

Change a role

Pick a new role from the dropdown in the Role column. It applies straight away.

  • Only an owner can make someone an owner.
  • An admin cannot change or remove an owner.
  • You cannot change your own role. Ask another owner to do it.
  • The last owner cannot be moved to another role.

See Roles and permissions.

Remove someone

Press Remove on their row and confirm. They lose the organization and every simulation in it. Their Mockzilla account stays, and so does everything they built.

The last owner cannot be removed. Make someone else an owner first.

Sim collaborators

Sim collaborators at the top of the tab lists people who can reach some of your simulations without being in the organization. Filter the list by simulation to see who has which. Remove takes away all of their access to this organization.

See Share links.

Invite someone

Open Invitations and press Invite people.

The invite dialog
  • Email is where the invitation goes.
  • Grant access sets the scope: the whole organization, or the simulations you pick.
  • Role sets what they can do once they are in.

The link in the email works for 7 days.

Pending invitations

A pending invitation

Every invitation you have sent is listed with its role, its scope and the day the link expires.

  • Resend emails a new link and starts the 7 days again. The previous link stops working.
  • Revoke cancels the invitation, and its link with it.

An invitation past its date reads expired. Resend it to give them another week.

Invitations to you

Received, on the same tab, lists the organizations that have invited you. Accept puts you in with the role you were given. Decline clears the invitation.

Seats

Your plan sets how many people the organization can hold, and how many of them can be owners or admins. Pending invitations take a seat too, so revoke the ones you no longer need.

Organizations without a paid plan cannot add anyone. The tab links to the plans that can.
