Preferences and password
Settings sits under Account in the sidebar and opens on General. What is on that tab belongs to your account, not to an organization. It looks the same whichever organization you are working in, and nobody else sees your choices.
Each control saves as you change it. There is no Save button on this tab.
Language
The language the workspace is shown in. Pick one from the list and it switches over straight away.
Email follows the same setting. Password resets and notices about your organization arrive in the language chosen here, and invitations you send go out in it too.
Date format
Six ways of writing a date and a time. Each row shows the current moment in that format, so you can read the difference before you pick one.
The choice applies to every timestamp in the workspace: request history, replays, sandbox activity, invoices.
Timezone
The zone those timestamps are shown in. UTC to begin with, and the list covers the common zones.
This changes how times are displayed and nothing about what was recorded.
Change password
The card below your preferences. Type your current password, then the new one, and press Change password.
A new password needs at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number in it.
If you never set one
An account created through Google or GitHub has no password. To add one, sign out and use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a link, and it works for one hour. Once you have set a password, both ways of signing in work.
See Connected accounts.
Delete your account
Open the Danger Zone tab and press Delete account. Type your email address to confirm, and your current password if you have one.
You are signed out and lose access to every organization you belong to. This cannot be undone.
An organization that is left with no members is switched off with you, and its subscription is cancelled.
