Get support

Support is where you report a bug, ask for a feature, or get help with something that is not behaving. Each issue is a conversation with our team, and it stays in your workspace.

Open it from Support in the sidebar.

Open an issue

Click New issue and fill in the form.

Subject is what the issue is called in the list. One line.
Category routes it. Pick from Simulations, Resilient backends, Specs and endpoints, Deployment, Billing, Account and access, or Something else.
Simulation is optional. Pick one and we can see which deployment you mean without asking.
What's happening? is the description. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead.

Attach images to show us what you are looking at. Paste or drop a screenshot straight into the box, or click Attach images. Up to 5 images per message, 1 MB each, in PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP.

Click Send to support and the issue appears in your list with a number, like #1042. Quote that number if you write to us about it anywhere else.

Who can read it and who can reply

An issue belongs to your organization, not to the person who opened it. Everyone in the organization reads the same thread, so a colleague can pick up an issue you opened while you are away.

Viewers read issues.
Editors, admins and owners open issues and reply to them.

Where an issue stands

Every issue carries a status, and the list shows it beside the number.

With support means it is with us. A new issue starts here.
Your turn means we have answered and are waiting on you.
Closed means it is finished. We close issues; you never have to.

Closed issues are hidden until you click Show closed.

Reply and reopen

Open an issue to read the whole thread. Our replies carry a Support badge, so you can tell at a glance who wrote what. Write in the box at the bottom and click Send.

Replying to a closed issue opens it again. One problem stays one thread, so you do not have to start a new issue when a fix does not hold.
