Orders
Orders, under Billing, lists everything your organization has bought or renewed, newest first, with the invoice for each. It is where to check what you were charged and when, and where to get a copy for whoever handles your accounts.
Only owners can open Billing.
Orders and renewals
The list has two kinds of entries:
- An order is one purchase, numbered like
#1042: a plan, providers for hosted or self-hosted backends, or request top-ups. It has a line for each thing bought, with what it cost. - A renewal is a subscription charged again on the 1st: your plan, a backend subscription or a recurring top-up. It shows the charge as its invoice describes it.
Each entry also shows when it was placed, its status and its total.
Status
- Placed: bought, and its invoice has not come in yet.
- Not yet invoiced: waiting for an invoice we issue ourselves, such as for a yearly self-hosted order.
- Awaiting payment: invoiced, and not paid yet.
- Overdue: invoiced, and past its due date.
- Paid: settled.
- Written off: marked as not collectable.
- Void: the invoice was voided, so nothing is owed on it.
- Cancelled: the order was cancelled.
The invoice
Every entry ends with its invoice: its number, and how it was paid, such as a card with its last four digits and when the payment arrived. View opens the invoice in a new tab and PDF downloads it, where the invoice has them.
A yearly self-hosted order is paid by invoice, due 30 days after the order. Until the money arrives, its entry says not paid yet.
If the card payment for a renewal fails, the entry says Payment failed. Update your card with Manage payment on the Overview tab, and the payment is tried again.
An invoice we issue ourselves is made out to your Billing details. A card payment's invoice comes from Stripe, with the name and address set under Manage payment on the Overview tab.

The tab shows 20 entries at a time. Next and Prev, under the list, page through the rest.
A new organization has nothing here until its first purchase.
